Oh Emilio!

I looked away for a few minutes and now see in the box score he lowered his season ERA from 3.00 to 2.70.  So what's the problem? :)

MAT is every bit the dynamic  offensive force as he was during his heyday in KC.

Seriously. And look around the league and see the lineups the real contenders have....meanwhile the Twins are rolling out Solano, Farmer, Michal A. Taylor, Larnach, Miranda, Gordon, and Jeffers all on more or less a daily basis. And who are they waiting to get healthy? Kepler and Gallo? They're not going to do anything. Are we banking on Royce Lewis to save us? Opposing teams can just pitch around Buxton and Correa and that'll be sufficient most of the time.

There's no way this team finishes over .500 with this offensive lineup, not a chance.

It's good to see them with a winning record, pitching definitely looks solid but the offense is horrific.

Third straight game on the radio. Glad to finally get rid of the Target commercial that ended with Bremer saying, "Whaaat a caaaatch," but this "We Are Family" JC Penney commercial got old really fast.

Solano, Farmer, Larnach and Jeffers are all hitting and hitting well.

MAT, Miranda and Gordon are not hitting.. MAT was not expected to, the other two were.

Kepler, Gallo, Polanco, Lewis, Kiriloff have been/potentially could be all mainstays in the lineup.  Saying they aren't going to do anything is a bit disingenuous.   Obviously a lineup with Farmer, Taylor and Solano all starting isn't ideal, but not all hope is lost.

4 to tie, 5 to win.  Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Who's with me!

Nothing is over until we say it's over.

Rudy Gobert punched teammate Kyle Anderson so the Wolves game is going well too.

The Scott's commercial will drive me over the edge at some point this season if they keeping playing it as much as they currently do

Houston must really want/need this game, Pressly for the 9th with a four run lead...

Guessing they expect to need only one Save to sweep the Pirates.  Play the card you have when you have it.
