I think it's pretty rare that managers take fan preference into consideration when setting their lineups. 

A little late to this, I know Tom Kelly never rested Kirby at home. He cited the fans as a reason why Kirby was always in the lineup at home.

It's just a matter of semantics and I'm sure the rule book has clear wording, but it still seems a little funny to see Miranda with 1 LOB in the box score, when there was no one at all on base when he was put out.

I'm a little embarassed, must be my early stage alzheimers.  With a three ball count, and you get hit with a pitch, not in the strike zone, is that a walk or a HBP?

The LOB is strange, but Larnach was on base, he just hit into the DP.
