This is the second day in a row, where the catcher tries stop a base stealer and Polanco instead of making sure he catches the ball , even if it will not stop the runner kets it go by.

He might as well close his eyes, maybe he does.

I’d sooner get munci’ed out here in the middle of nowhere

Mad props to any movie character that utters the words, "I wanna go to Reno," with conviction.

I like the article on the front page of TD today: “can the twins have TOO MUCH starting pitching?”….as if to say we have any

When that throw bounced away, Lux trotted down to third base like time was called, lol.

Only wasted a leadoff single last inning, better than the wasted leadoff double in the first. This inning I’m hoping we only waste a leadoff out, and the next inning after that…

and pretty soon we might be able to scratch out a run at some point

Ok, I get that the Twins want to hit home runs but does anyone think it is at all possible for the Twins to bunt a runner over to third base with nobody out once a week as a trial run?

Listen, I couldn’t explain all the various new age stats, but I find it difficult to understand how a number like that could be NEGATIVE. Even with a SSS

Leading off innings by grounding into triple plays time after time will do that to your super advanced stats like that'un.

So buxton hurt his knee on THAT play in San Diego two weeks ago?

are his muscles and ligaments made out of butterfly wings?

To be fair, throws to 2nd from the catcher aren't supposed to need backup from the left fielder.

No, they’re made out of thin air

My thinking exactly.

Yeah, and I noticed your essentially similar take just above, but I felt like saying what I had come to say and I went and said it anyhow.  :)

People also thought he had trade value for... some reason.

Those were good times.  Simpler times.  Good, simpler times.

Sure, but it’s not like the runner got right up and sprinted for third. He stood up and practically brushed himself off looking for where the ball went, then jogged to third. :)
