Sanchez is at 82 games, so probably somewhere in between 82 and 95.

As good as the Dodgers lineup is, with Jax-Fulmer-Duran-Lopez, we likely only need 2 or 3 more runs to win this game. Not easy, given the quality of the lineup, but definitely doable.

I get laughed at for my insistence RBI are a very meaningful measure of performance. 

Many of the same people here wonder why we have trouble scoring for long intervals.

Knocking in runs matters. Finding a pitch to hit and hitting it. Making it count, often.

I understand but it shouldn’t be. We’re a 3rd or 4th place team in every other division. It’s august 10. We are what we are. Too many have been fooled all year by our place in the standings. That rah rah line will no longer be valid in about an hour or so. Our garbage dump division shouldn’t send anyone to the playoffs. None of the teams belong.
