Even in 2022, there's still merit to "hit 'em where they ain't".

Of course, analytic guys will probably respond "you know where they ain't?  In the outfield seats".

Good morning! Welcome to yet another day game in a week full of them. Six day games in eight days, though most all Twins’ games are day games in my time zone. Today the Twins finish up a five-gam

Enjoying the left field stylings of Nick Gordon.  Hope you all are too.

They've now matched the hit output from the last two games combined.  Could use another here!

Well, that sure fizzled.  Armchair QBing, but I wish the Twins were a bit more patient with Faedo today.  It seems like they got themselves out a lot.

Dream? That sounds like a nightmare. I've seen Archer the second time through the lineup, it's frightening.

Looks like a blind squirrel found a nut today  :)  We needed it.

Damn, Archer!  Now you've entered the Baldelli-zone.  Go sit next to Devin Smeltzer and tell him to stare at Rocco when he talks to you about "the plan".

Chafin seems like a guy who could be a trade target in the near future. The Twins badly need another lefty, and he's a pretty good one on a team that is pretty clearly going to be selling.

Then they'd have the Captain and the Sheriff!

So you're down to four starters, five guys are about to be denied entry to CA, you'll probably have to pitch a bullpen game soon, and let's pull Archer at 57 pitches.  Hope it works.

I haven't heard a leak, but if Duran goes two innings I'm betting he doesn't go to Canada.
