Chafin seems like a guy who could be a trade target in the near future. The Twins badly need another lefty, and he's a pretty good one on a team that is pretty clearly going to be selling.

I was on the swim team in higschool. Today I run, typically 4 miles 3 days per week, long run (7-10 miles) on the weekend. I am training for a half marathon in the fall (my 5th). Some day I might run a full marathon.
