Longish rally by the Twins pushes across a run.

Quick negation of that by a Happ gopherball.

I wonder if wes Johnson ever tells a pitcher to walk the first guy, so he doesn't give the run immediately back.

Happ is incapable of enjoying any success.

we'll get a 12 pack and a bag of chips if we trade that mutt

Ohh, and his next start is against the Yankees...LOL

Which is more disappointing?  The Twins play or the fact that you expended any effort to get to the other end of the couch to get the remote in order to watch it?

Luckily I found relief from the unpleasant amount of effort in the comforting embrace of Doritos.  But so far they've had little effect on my disappointment in the Twins, so I may have to increase the... dosage.

That just means two runs on the gopherball to come.

More seriously, I wonder any any veteran pitcher with any record of success listens to Wes Johnson, ever.

Man, I didn't like the Happ signing, but I didn't think he'd be this bad. Could have done a lot better with that $8M burnt on him...

This game is a wrap.  Twins offense is closed for the day.  And the pitching ................... well, let's not go there.

Bringer of Rain brought his watering can to the game, for once.

Even in the desert, it rains now and again.

Bags?!?  We're hooked on the mellow finish and hint of oak that you get from casks, but it's good to know there's an alternative if our next place doesn't have a Dorito cellar...

I definitely thinks Cruz needs an enema.  He seems too tight.

There might be other ways to loosen him up, but to each their own...

This is more up my alley.

Though, I do love me some Doritos.

And yes, I did stop and get more Scotch.  Thanks again, Nine!

Is he a grandpa already? Good for him!

I don't know one way or the other about descendants, but only Chief takes more naps!
