stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I'd like to see the bottom two start a big inning, please. Thank you!Something like that!
Blake Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Disclaimer: as the least creative poster here, it’s extra bad when I’m in a rush. Please be kind when i shamelessly rip off your schtick, it’s in admiration.Hah, jokes on you! My schtick isn't worth ripping off! Oh, wait.....
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Bremers right for once , swing the bats!!!
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 BIG STRIKE ZONE TONIGHT
Blake Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 Wait, wut? Wade either walks or goes yard?
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 21, 2019 Posted September 21, 2019 I don't know if Arraez will hit .340 in a season, but I don't think he'll ever have a really long slump.
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Yankees 295 homers, 6 games to play.Twins 293 homers, 8 games to play. Need a couple of bombas tonight to tie it up.That’s one. 295-294. CBU
Blake Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Is it wrong to say "I concur"?Personally, I think it means he fits right in.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Yeah. The Twins haven't exactly been breezing by KC with ease so far. It's been tough sledding to get these first 2 wins. Cleveland just needs to lose one freaking game here but they're just red hot. A lot of posters saying last week that "Cleveland has to go 11-2 to to have a chance", etc, etc....well, they look like they will go 11-2.And they’ve got injuries too. I see how the twins are struggling with bad teams and now the Indians have moved on to playing a competitive team and it’s the same story. Hard to believe you have 95 wins and sweat right down to the wire.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Hey Bremer if K.C. dosent lose 100 we not going nowhere
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 In the final 8 games if the Twins post a winning record, the Indians cannot catch them
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Nice quick inning- jose, Now lets light up Sparky
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Hope Dobnak didnt plan a long Honey moon
Blake Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Good to see Cave back in the lineup.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Get that tying run in!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Time for an infrequent Castro hit.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Cmon Castro - 4 month slump
tvagle Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 WTP (What the Puck) I thought this Wolfgang name thing was going to follow Bacon's Law: Wolfgang leads to Wolfgang Johannes PuckWhich branches out two ways: Johan-nes and Puck http://minnesota.twins.mlb.com/min/ballpark/events/images/venues/highlighter_throwback_puckett_atrium.png
bighat Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 At least we got Castro's bat out of the way for next inning.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 And it continues, for Castro
tvagle Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 In the final 8 games if the Twins post a winning record, the Indians cannot catch themThat's some good math right there
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 At least we got Castro's bat out of the way for next inning.same pattern every at bat- get ahead fastball 92+ Done deal
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 There are some who continue to feel Astudillo has no value, but Castro is a total liability at the plate. I don;'t think his 'd' is enough to justify playing him when he can't hit a lick.
Krabby5 Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Man..the Indians just won’t go away...
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 Nice to see velo of 95 from Berríos.
Brian450 Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 I am going to laugh so hard when the Indians win 95 games, but miss out on the post-season (losing a wild card spot to the Rays).
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted September 22, 2019 Posted September 22, 2019 In the final 8 games if the Twins post a winning record, the Indians cannot catch them That's some good math right thereIn a similar vein, if the Twins win this and the next two series, Cleveland can do no better than wild card.
