Is it really asking for too much to have a pitcher go 6 measly innings? Really!

[MNT1996]

He's got great stuff today, but is having trouble locating it.

A guy can have all the best stuff in the world, but if he can't find the zone it doesn't matter how good the stuff is.

[Squirrel]

Thank goodness it’s the Sox otherwise that could’ve been a lot worse.

[Puckett34]

You must not have paid him enough

Knew I forgot something

Um, he did. Wasn’t good there at the end, but he got through it.

[Squirrel]

Thank you, Hector!

[MNT1996]

Cave might actually reach double digits in homeruns by season's end

[FLTwinsGuy]

Ahh the memories Hector!!!

[mrtwinsfan]

To me Berrios outing today was Horrible,  anyone else ?

I wouldn’t say horrible but it had its moments. And we are still up 7.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Cron just needs that triple.

He got a triple strike.

Does that count?

Not a disaster though. Better than the last 4 or 5 starts.

What is wrong with Sano, Kepler and Gonzales?

[VATwinsFan]

Duffey--Dyson--Dobnak to finish it up?

What is wrong with Sano, Kepler and Gonzales?

All three are a little beat up

[Bandit34]

Whoever lit the match in Schoop's shoes, I would like to say THANK YOU!

[Sssuperdave]

I'm hoping for three innings of Dobnak... let everyone else have another day off!

[MNT1996]

Oof Arraez got lucky with that one

[HawksNest]

Per Gleeman:

In today's start, Berrios had the third-lowest four-seam velocity (92.1) and fourth-lowest two-seam velocity (91.4) of his career.

Almost exactly a year ago (8/21/2018), in the same ballpark vs. the same opponent, he averaged 95.0 and 93.9 on those pitches.

And a big thank you goes out to whoever scouted Luis Arraez. Boy, he's going to be a special player for us!

[TFRazor]

Totally agree. Probably no more than 3 or 4 home runs coming from this lineup. Pathetic.

Well kudos to this guy. Called it.

[yarnivek1972]

Not sure why you want to use two of your top 4 in a 7 run game.

[mrtwinsfan]

Trevor Larnach, is moving quickly in the minors, got a great swing and good plate disipline

[Bandit34]

How I wish Dobnak's first name was Nick. Just think of it! Nick Nak Paddywhack hit the ball to Cron!

[mrtwinsfan]

Without moving his feet  Cron has great range

Without moving his feet Cron has great range

Which is good, because when he moves his feet he has the speed of growing grass.

Does Cruz have to roll home?

[Bandit34]

Good schtuff maynard!

The White Sox.

In other words, if the Twins were playing a real team, Kepler and company would probably find a way to get into the lineup.
