88 wins. A weak division gets them into the playoffs, but I think they get they're butts kicked whichever first round they wind up in. Still the playoffs are a step in the right direction.

Just like everyone was too optimistic last year (me included), I think this year people are too down on the team. There finally seems to be some chemistry and team unity I haven't seen for a long time now. Pitching might be a little weak but some of this takes a little luck too.

I wish someone had dredged up these numbers in Sept. Early Sept. that is. . Well, makes no difference. I was mis-quoted, if I actually gave an estimate. But I don't think i did. But if there was one, it was likely someone using my stolen password and ID. Maybe you had me confused with 'Spitoon'? All I know is I was positive the Twins would exceed 100 wins. I just wish I had remembered to post that week!

I was in Vegas this time last year and my plan was to put $50 on the Twins to win the World Series this year but then got lazy and it was a whole fifteen minute walk to the sports bettor so I stayed poolside instead. #regrets, I think the odds were like 30 to 1 or something.

 

Full disclosure, I was going to put $50 on the Vikings to win the Super Bowl too. I am not a sage.
