jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 The last time I saw a second-year Twins starter dominate like today, it was Frank Viola.Jose Berrios sure does look like the real deal.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Alright Eduardo and BD, keep building that trade value.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Nice win, and Berrios is the star.
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Nothing to it. Explain to me again how they lost 3 games so miserably to KC? Pittsburgh ahead of Cleveland 9-3 bottom of the 8th.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 If and when Rodney goes, the next closer should either be Alan Busenitz or Ryan Pressly. Today I saw Pressly with almost ideal body lean, which is how he dropped those curves perfectly into the bottom of the pail. When he does that, with his stuff, he's almost un-hittable. Alan Busenitz has the kind of arm Pressly showed a few years ago, but Busenitz doesn't have the same movement on his curve, change or 2-seam. However, he does have good down-plane on his heater, and if he can learn to dot the four corners with it, he could deliver a reasonable imitation of Joe Nathan.
slash129 Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Hello Motter, Hello Fotter, Here I am at, Camp Granotter....... You younger folks probably have no idea what this is about.Cocaine's goodBut crack is betterI'm so highI almost couldn't write this letter.
slash129 Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 I feel like those couple articles here talking about how Dozier is hitting his stride has jinxed him... he's been brutal the past 5 games.I guess if brutal is singling someone into scoring position with less than two outs and driving in the go ahead run. More brutal please.
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted July 25, 2018 Posted July 25, 2018 Giving Motter one last game before he is DFA'd for Erv?Ding, ding, ding — we’ve got a winner.
