I think you're right. Down 2 right now but it feels like they're down by 10. This team is falling back to earth.

Look, if you don’t have faith in Lance “i Fall behind every count” Lynn against the Yankees, I don’t know what to tell you.

 

Also, isn’t Hughes in line to start first game against the reds? Maybe don’t get too excited

Yup.  There is a zero percent chance that the Twins will win a game in Yankee Stadium with the two teams being given different strike zones.  Add to it that a check swing by a Yankee is almost never called a strike, and I'm not sure why we even play here.

Guess I don't need to be tuning into watch this *hitshow the next two nights. However, beating the Reds doesn't even seem like a sure thing at this point

What's with these out-of-town scorekeepers calling all these errors? :)

LoMo got on base via an error in Puerto Rico. Twins scorer making the call. Guess what, the Twins appealed. The league upheld the call, though.

 

IMO the scorers are pretty consistent league-wide. I'd prefer more errors be called, but it's not how it goes.

All this talk about the umpiring as if we haven’t been outscored 19-2 in 14 innings this series. Our ace couldn’t even get an out in the 5th, folks
