BoofBonser Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 When do you think Nick Gordon gets the call?Polanco isn't here for his glove or arm...
Huddy Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Do we have a more automatic out than Polanco? aside from Vargas hitting RH

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Dear Twins, from now on please skip the "down 5-0" part. Sincerely, Hosken Bombo Disco
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 I've seen enough Granite needs to stay
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Mitch Garver has three homers today....
bighat Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Geez, Granite with a gem of a catch! Buxton's teeth are chattering on the bench!
bighat Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Buxton, Granite, and Kepler in the OF? Twins trade their best hitter (Rosario is leading the team in batting avg.) for pitching help at the break?
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Geez, Granite with a gem of a catch! Buxton's teeth are chattering on the bench!Did we run out of warm-up jackets?
BoofBonser Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Buxton, Granite, and Kepler in the OF? Twins trade their best hitter (Rosario is leading the team in batting avg.) for pitching help at the break? Can't we just play 4 outfielders and not have a pitcher?
Blake Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Somewhere in there there is a Granite-Prudential-Rock-Insurance theme.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Author Posted July 9, 2017 Will catch upon the game thread eventually. Got intro in just before i left connectivity. Wireless is not yet everywhere...
Blake Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Who is this idiot? ^^^Not sure, could be me.
spinowner Provisional Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 I've seen enough Granite needs to stayHe's done well so far, all right. But I know we don't need 5 outfielders. (This counts Grossman as an outfielder.) Rosario has the highest BA on the team. Grossman has the highest OBP on the team. Buxton's defense and improving offense. Kepler's overall value. Is it time to trade one of them away?
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Can't we just play 4 outfielders and not have a pitcher? No, but I believe we could have four outfielders and three infielders if we wanted.
Huddy Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Buxton, Granite, and Kepler in the OF? Twins trade their best hitter (Rosario is leading the team in batting avg.) for pitching help at the break? If Buxton continues to hit better and develops more in game power. Then Garver could be the backup 1st Baseman/ Catcher and play the RF vs LHP. Grossman can continue to DH.

drock2190 Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Keep him out there Molitor. He's on the top of his game!!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Again, no reason for Gibson to have been left in there. Does Paul know we have 4 days off starting tomorrow and only one reliever is in the ASG? I don't know what he expected to get out of KG
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 When does the game start? For some reason on FSN there's a guy in a Twins jersey throwing batting practice to the Orioles.
spinowner Provisional Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Kepler can also play first.Well, he has played first in the past. Has he played there since he came up to the Twins? I don't recall that happening.
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted July 9, 2017 Posted July 9, 2017 Yeah, Gibson sure looked good against a terrible Angel lineup. Against a team that can actually hit, this is simply what he is. The unfortunate truth is that the Twins may not have any better options at this time.
