Apparently at Rochester opposing hitters swing at a lot of pitches in the dirt.  I know the Twins are tired of the pitch to contact idea, but eventually you have to throw strikes or guys just tee off.  Chargois has done nothing to impress anyone in his 4 or 5 appearances just like most of the guys coming from the best minor league system in baseball.  Twins need to sit down and come up with a whole new plan.
