What an awful call..High and inside

Umps [almost] always call a strike when the batter raises their hands. If he woulda kept them there, it would have been a ball. Even when I played baseball in high school I remember this happening frequently.

When do you start to worry that Brian Dozier has turned into Dan Uggla? It's odd, but a lot of second basemen seem to go off a cliff suddenly and sooner than expected.
