70charger Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Dozier is not hitting the ball very well lately. Lots of pop ups.
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 What's that thing called again, where you get the winning run in the bottom of the last inning? I forget.a win?
jimmer Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Has Dozier flown out to the OF 4 times today?
formerly33 Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 no predictions now ... I want y'all to be surprised. This must mean we're going to win because we certainly wouldn't be surprised if we lost.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Walk off HPB. I'm calling it now.
70charger Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Man, I wanted to see Joe walk 'em off. Here's your chance, Buxton.
diehardtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Buxton will make them pay... right?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Buxton looking relaxed and confident, like it's his first day at Brain Surgery Camp...
70charger Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 What's that thing called again, where you get the winning run in the bottom of the last inning? I forget. I've always just called it "that thing where you get the winning run in the bottom of the last inning." Hrm.
HitInAPinch Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 oh boy, really not the guy you want at the plate now......
70charger Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Again, so close but so far! He hit the **** out of that, but it went to Andrelton Simmons.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Walk off HPB. I'm calling it now.JINX!! That was SO going to happen until you came along and ruined that little spell I had going. It's all on you.
Foghorn Leghorn Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Really smart taking Sano out Molitor! Guy stinks
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Foghorn! Welcome to the game thread.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 I have showed up in time to comment on the victory.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Once again, if Buxton bunts it hard at the SS or 2B, game over. Not even an option, Paul Molitor?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 What's that thing called again, where you get the winning run in the bottom of the last inning? I forget. Some variation of "_____-off", depending on the means by which the run scores, unless the opponent is the White Sox, in which case it's an F-off win no matter what.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 Earlier, I was thinking pulling Sano was a poor decision, and it was... too bad the Twins have no idea how to call for a pinch hitter. I think Escobar could have won it.

D. Hocking Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 With the minor detail of starting 0 and 9 and the first nine games, this has been a fun season.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 With the minor detail of starting 0 and 9 and the first nine games, this has been a fun season.Well, yeah, but other than that what'd you think of the play, Mrs Lincoln?
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 If we found the missing Trevor May, overtime may have been worth it.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 17, 2016 Posted April 17, 2016 The wins this season have been good but.
