In an effort to include more fruit in my diet. I purchased those fruit cups things. 

 

All I gotta say... When you peel the plastic lid off... I usually end up spilling Fruit Juice all over the place on that last big pull to get the last of it off. 

Then don't pull the lid all the way off and empty the contents into a small bowl. But hope you buy the kind that isn't in the icky syrup stuff.

I've got this.   Peel back the lid a little, but not enough to let fruit cup Fruit escape.  Pour Juice down kitchen sink drain and run water after it to prevent fruit flies from instantly materializing.
