zchrz Provisional Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Escobar probably doesn't come up again if it stays 1-0 why not sub Robinson in as a defensive replacement.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Women wink at me all the time.I just assume that they are blinking and their left eye is stuck. I hate it when they keep calling.
Hrbowski Verified Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Yep. And it was an off speed pitch with two strikes. Ideally your relievers should rear back and throw fire in that situation. That is not on the pitcher, it is on the catcher, and seriously, it wasn't a bad pitch. You often see pitchers throw off speed pitches in a 1-1 count.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 That RBI hit was a Line Drive with capital letters. It only landed 5-10 feet in front of Escobar but I can't fault him.

Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 The Twins seventh and eighth inning guys - Boyer and Fien - have combined for 30 strikeouts in 57.2 innings. Ugh. That might be acceptable if Fien was the seventh inning guy and Boyer was a 5th/6th inning guy but that's a dicey set of pitchers to set up Perkins. One can only hope that Meyer will claim the seventh inning (and later, eighth inning) spot before we get to the end of August.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Maybe. My question is, who winks first? The girl Unless I accidentally get some of the dust I'm throwing at them.... In my eye first.

70charger Verified Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 That was a terrible wave by Mauer. Looked absolutely nothing like vintage Mauer.

There is that fine [or in this case maybe not so fine] line between being goofy and being someone who needs to register when he moves into a new neighborhood.
glunn Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 If Birds ever decide to do thatIt would become scary quickThe trip to work would be much more dramatic. When I was 6 years old we had a huge tree in the front yard and one summer there were thousands of crows hanging out there. Eventually the adults agreed that one of our neighbors would some over and take care of the situation with a shotgun. About 10 crows fell to the ground, dead and dying, and the rest flew away and never returned. After that the Hitchcock movie was no longer scary for me.

Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 I think Molitor knows that we need a better pen. We might as well try and fix it now.
70charger Verified Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Braun is just the worst. I hate it when cheaters win.

Hrbowski Verified Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Ryan Braun is sleazy. I don't care if someone takes steroids, but I have a problem with players who think they play the game real cute. Braun reminds me of a lobbyist.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Since I'm on a cooking hot streak... I should start preparing Supper. I can't decide between Stroganoff or Philly Cheesesteak Hamburger Helper

Hrbowski Verified Member Posted June 28, 2015 Posted June 28, 2015 Well, this ballgame is getting out of control, so I will just go practice my cello.
