Seriously, the main thing here is to get that first appearance over with, so next time out he has a chance to control his adrenaline. He had great looking stuff today, but zero command of the strike zone. Thus, he was forced to throw it down the middle, and BOOM. Best thing for him is to get gently ribbed by Glen Perkins, then get back to work with Neil Allen. Welcome to the bigs, Alex Meyer. Hitters love 'em down the middle. Less Than No Joy has to be a double negative.

Platoon Verified Member Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 I've had dishes in the dishwasher for a couple of days now. They must be done... Right? If you leave them in there about a week, all that water on top of the cups is mostly gone! On the other hand, if you do that, but forgot to start the dishwasher, there may be a new life form living in there when you open the door! Riverbrian 1

You just made thousands of people very happy.TD posters who never much liked the Denard Span trade? As for the 221.60 ERA, that's what happens when you give up two home runs and then the box score doesn't have room for your 4-digit 21.60 ERA. Suitable punishment, I think. formerly33 and jimmer 2

Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 (edited) Trivia: If a pitcher DID have an ERA of 221.6 ... what would the number of innings pitched and earned runs be? DuluthFan Verified Member Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 Molitor finally got his excuse for the 8 man bullpen. Good news, Duensing ERA down to 6.87 from 8.22.

Platoon Verified Member Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 You gotta turn it on? I have installed at least 4 dishwashers, and have absolutely no idea how to load one, put soap in it, or turn it on. I have found that the less one knows, the better off one can be.
Danchat Verified Member Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 I'm taking a look at the stats, but I'm seeing that Torii Hunter isn't batting too well (.258/.319/.403). For as much as we complain about Mauer, Hunter isn't doing much better...
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 27, 2015 Posted June 27, 2015 Trivia:If a pitcher DID have an ERA of 221.6 ...what would the number of innings pitched and earned runs beActually, on second thought, this doesn't look that fun, sorry........ ERA = ER / IP * 9 A pitcher would need to surrender 1,108 earned runs over 45 innings to have an ERA of 221.6 Yes I'm embarrassed I bothered to calculate that........ Danchat 1

In other words, just a typical season for Samuel Deduno. / Edit - argh, you didn't wait long enough for me to compute PLUS throw in a witty witty side-comment Hosken Bombo Disco and formerly33 2
