    Punishing believers like the fans ... Rewarding the coaches with extended contracts ... I wish the pohlads were true fans of baseball and not just businessmen , then they could see why the fans are aggravated with the style of baseball ( or lack of style ) the FO and Rocco are playing ...

    From the movie MAJOR LEAGUE when Jake follows his sweetheart to her new boyfriends party ... Jake is sitting on the sofa and during the conversation an older lady asked Jake what he did for a living , JAKES REPLY WAS HE PLAYED FOR THE CLEVELAND Guardians ( now the guardians), she was shocked and replied , I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW CLEVELAND STILL HAD A TEAM , Jake replied , yes the do and we have uniforms and everything ... THE PRESENT TWINS TEAM ... The way the twins are playing and attendance is falling this might be the way of the twins , people won't even know we have a major league sports team and new uniforms anymore ... I wish we had Lou brown managing the the twins because he took a team of pretenders and made them contenders ... F*** you jo boo ... I know it was just a movie but has similarities of the twins play ...

    Why can't these players get hits ... If they each got one hit each game they at least would have a .250 batting average each ... Something really has to be done with all these double digit strike out games ... They take the field but do not come to play ... It's a terrible unexciting play of baseball but I keep tuning in to see the game action and waiting for a highlight to happen , the only highlight has been the pitching ...

    Okay I get the drift now , he's an organizational favorite but not as much a fan favorite ... Arreaz was a fan favorite and not a organizational favorite ...

    An organizational favorite , not sure that is right , at least since 2019 , great defense though .... An organizational favorite was actually traded and I keep missing him more each day when the veterans can't hit consistently on a daily basis , hit it where they ain't ... Everyone liked arraez's approach at the plate and his defense at first was worthy ... He played the game with a passion , played wherever you asked him to and brought excitement to the game ... I'd take 9 batters in the lineup if they could all hit like arreaz and we'd win more games this way than waiting and waiting and waiting for a game changing homerun ... We are not a homerun hitting team especially in the clutch with runners on base ...

    I turned the game off with 2 outs in the top of the ninth , not because I wanted to , but went out for dinner , after I made my order and waiting for the food to be prepared and served , I looked up the box score and was very surprised we had tied it in the ninth and game was going to the tenth , I quickly turned to my app to watch on the phone and we were up with the lead and then watched Duran come out for his second inning of work ( by the way this was roccos best move or decision since he became manager ) and Duran finished the game for the win ... I never expected a tied game when I went to the box score , I expected the box score to be a final with Houston the winner ... It was definitely an exciting finish , tip your hats to the good guys , we needed that win and many more ...

    It's an oasis in the desert , a complete mirage ... Another week of extremely weak performers but again starting pitching has been the highlight of the season so far ... The extention of the manager was not the motivation this team needed , we will never win with this manager who can't motivate this team to a 10 game or more winning streak , we are living on the mirage of 2019 that he can be a winning manager when the players had career years ...

    To bad so sad ,,, Wasn't the best defense or hitting , Twins 1 game lead over Detroit as they won today is nauseating ... Why can't the twins seem to gitcha , gitcha gitcha the other opponents ....

    Good idea ... By the way Tovar was a twins player that played all nine position in the early 70's ... The most recent one was within that last couple of years , who or for what team I'm not quite sure ...

    We also need a manager like Billy Martin that would not accept this kind of baseball ... I can hear him say to a player , sorry son but until you learn to play the game the right way I'm going to have to send you to the bench and the FO can also decide what to do with you ... But he also might just punch him ...

    Twins need some MOJO , Strikeouts keep mounting ... Maybe instead of the homerun vest they should have something for a strikeout to embarrass the hitter ...
