    This team has not made any adjustments to swinging since 2020 ... They think they are all homerun hitters and swing for the fences when a single is all that is needed to score a run ( a Texas leaguer they use to call them bloopers ) ... No adjustments since the juiced ball ...

    On the game thread I noticed only 80 something replies .... Either there is nobody watching or listening ... If the twins would string together some hits and runs the replies would be hooray hurrah , twins are hot today , this is an exciting game , even as boring as the twins play if you can't break a 100 replies there definitely something wrong with the style of twins baseball ... Yes it was an afternoon game but there still should be over a hundred replies , I was listening and working on the outside of the house on a beautiful day ... It would have been great to get a win ... THE PAIN , THE PAIN , THE PAIN , it just won't go away and I don't think it's funny that the fans aren't smiling , now 2021 was funny , cause you could predict the outcome when Colome came in , or the extra innings losses with the new manfred man starting at second base .... By the way did Colome get a contract this year with any team ???

    trades are not necessary ... The FO has made several trades in the past few years , the ones that have been the worst have been from the trade deadline acquisitions under duress and romo probably gave us the most value ... The better ones that have given us value have been during the off season under no pressure ... So learning from their mistakes they should realize that they are not the smartest people in the room at deadline acquisitions and remain pat and find help within the organization ... Let's see the prospects play ...

NOT A SMILE BY ANYONE ... thanks twins daily members for helping my PAIN , it helps knowing that others ( not just me ) are in the same boat and feel the PAIN ... LIST OF MY PAINS ... lack of a true leadership ... Lack of offense ... Lack of fundamentally sound baseball and playing the game the way it is supposed to be played ... Oh the pain being a loyal passionate twins fans ...

    You betcha and your welcome , boy has last night twins / Rays game got the twins fans rattled , uncompetitive game against a good team we weren't even close ... Not even close as I'm shaking my head in disbelief that we are really this bad ... It's not tough being a twins fan , but It's tough to watch them , but I do ...

    Without leadership and ACCOUNTABILITY the twins will continue to fail , Rocco keeps saying the players have skills but continue to blunder and blunder every aspect of the game , running bases , cut off throws , wrong base , no hit and run , not many stolen bases and so on ... ROCCO , I know your listening and don't care what others are saying , but you got to keep reminding these players To play the game the right way , ROCCO ITS UP TO YOU TO SHOW US THAT THESE PLAYERS HAVE THE SKILLS YOU SAY THEY HAVE ... SINCE YOU LIKE PAPER MAYBE COMMUNICATE WITH A PERSONAL MEMO PRINTED OUT ON PAPER FOR EACH PLAYER TO READ OF WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE FOR THEM TO IMPROVE ON , or remind them that it's easy to get to the majors but harder to stay , you got to play the game hard like Buxton once did but it looks like that has been taken away from him and the FANS ...

    We got Raley in the dozier trade to dodgers and then traded him back with graterol to dodgers for maeda ... Raley might have had a cup of coffee with the dodgers Last year or two years ago too .

    Thank you Seth , I didn't know Sabato was getting injured that often , I do know he walks and crushes the ball , but is limited on defense ... Number 4 and 5 are the ones that are standing out the most ... Thanks again for the update and on the undrafted signed players , I guess not much there ..

    Look at arraez's career stats ,,, I'm pretty sure he has 50 something walks with only 40 something strikeouts .... Arreaz is a major leaguer and won a batting title last season ... Only a hand full of players in the American league hit over 300 last year , 2 are gone that I know of , Arraez and Bogaerts , Judge was another one , he might win the triple crown this year with an average under 300 , that would be pathetic , what would be more pathetic is if Judge goes into the hall of fame with accolades of a triple crown and a average under 300 ... Baseball might just have to ammend it ruling and change it to a triple crown winner has to hit 300 ,,, Baseball sure has changed , good hitters hit and bad hitters need not apply ...

    Very valid points , WHY WHY and WHY ... Why wasn't some of the coaches replaced after last season , because management's FO and Rocco's thinking was injuries ruined our 2022 season and their evaluation was wrong again ... Why are falvey and Levine in hiding when twins play poorly ??? Why hasn't the pohlads said enough is enough and this isn't the game of baseball that the fans want ???

    I would agree with this evaluation ... Also will add , The twins win the terrible division with good pitching ( whoopi ) but lose in the playoffs ... Anal lit ics is killing the game of baseball ...

    Garlick has done nothing for the twins this year and really hasn't torn the cover off the ball in AAA either ... Being called up because cleveland had a lefthander going last Saturday and they felt they needed another right-handed bat isn't putting the best team out there ... Wallner really has done well the past 2 weeks and he could be a DH , I don't like his defense yet but I like that arm ...

    I could not play for this team and their plan ... Rocco sending varland out for the seventh when stats say the seventh inning has been the twins worst in allowing runs , I like varland but this was not his best game , he looked alittle frazzled out there after giving up 5 runs , 4 walks is to many for a pitcher that throws strikes ...

    I for one was not in favor of trading arraez for Lopez ... I don't mind the Lopez trade but if your going to trade a proven everyday player I would have chosen someone else or a surplus of some prospects , I know Miami wanted hitters , we have a surplus of prospects hitters with no apparent position , also larnach and Kepler should have been offered and that should have gotten that done or they shouldn't have been so hasty to trade last years 3rd baseman urshela who was a good hitter , we traded him for a prospect that can't help us now , urshela could have brought back immediate help with Lopez trade along with Larnach and Kepler ... just my thoughts ...

    I guess I should have phrased it differently ... The FO has not made that many trades at the deadline that had an immediate impact , yes we got Ryan, Duran and others but those were selling season and last year we were buyers at deadline and other deadline years that our acquisition didn't pan out to good , Romo might be the best that performed at the twilight of his career ...

    At this year's deadline we shouldn't need to go after a starting pitcher and give up a bundle ... We gave up a bundle for Lopez last deadline , DONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN ... If the FO does trade at the deadline, they need to trade for bullpen arms and be smarter than everyone in the room for once ... They have been alittle better as sellers than buyers ...
