    Culpepper was drafted last year , along with zebby mathews and Cory Lewis ,,, There has been of hype on these pitchers who have gotten off to a good start in pro ball .... Lewis throws a knuckleball in his arsenal , all three will get promoted or have been promoted to high a ball cedar rapids this year ....

    Tough day for zebby , he got 2 outs and was pulled , he's been solid so far this year so I expect he will be wll rested for his next start ... I'll be paying attention to zebby and Lewis and see if they could be useful down the road ...

    If Larnach hadn't hit that homer in the seventh I would have been fishing for my dinner ... It pulled me back in to till the end , a good win is hard to come by these days ...

    There was alot of excitement on the thread in our come from behind win , it took 7 innings but the game was still winnable being behind 3-1 .... The eighth inning there was hooting and hollering , yippee ki aye , no way , yes way after that grand slam by Correa and that was just the beginning , Kepler belted a 3 run homer in the same inning and more of the same ... My point is it was fun being on the daily thread in a twins win to the end , finally delivering some big runs late in the game rather than calling for their mommy to go home ... Strikeouts still alarming , but they picked each other up in that 8th inning , it picked me up too ...

    Has anyone noticed that the Texas rangers have turned it around this year ,,, last year with that talent they failed and fired the manager and I'm sure some coaches to .... For the 2023 season they hired a seasoned veteran manager of 3 world series wins ... Bochy has a baseball mentality and has his superstars winning ... I'm all for a new voice and a new change , I want good competitive baseball and we are not getting it done , the players would have to have career years like 2019 in order to achieve success , the FO , manager and coaches are not inspiring the fans with their plan and the plan might not be inspiring to the players either ... It's really a total system failure and the pohlads need to come out and say this with all the payroll increases they have been given , Ryan gave us better competitive savvy baseball than this current regime and has restraints on the payroll ...
