It’s not that athletes never quit, I just think it’s an easy thing to say when athletes aren’t succeeding.

Working today. Last I checked in, we were ahead 5-1. Box score suggests we left Kremer in too long. We also may be finding out why we don't throw out our better pitchers in a blowout game.

We have watched Lewis slide all year long. Ball came behind him. He just didnt think he had to slide

He was going along really well. 2 base runners through 5. Low pitch count 
Then he walked the leadoff guy in the 6th and things snowballed.
