Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Now the game shifts to trying to save your bullpen. Orze may have to eat another inning.

Caratini caught his debut which didn't go well. All the Jeffers games were good. None of the rest. Yep it is never the pitcher fault for poor pitching. This has been an issue for Prielipp for many of his starts. He just never fully imploded until tonight. He will need some more seasoning in St. Paul when Abel is ready to come back. RpR Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Tip-toe to second base as the pitcher does not care. Well if the Twins are going to be bad, might as well be real bad. hitterscount and Patzky 2

hitterscount Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Gutsy perrmance from the boys tonight, lucky they got it done last night or this could have been a four game sweep. This series kind of shows there is work to do on the lineup, this Sox team is better than last series Sox team. Church of Kreidler 1

RpR Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I was out side mowing lawn, push mower, and doing garden work in 90 plus degree heat as I wanted to be done when the game started; oh well, at least the lawn is mowed. IndyTwinsFan, mrtwinsfan, sampleSizeOfOne and 3 others 6
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 On a positive note, Shelton can save the bullpen. We are down by 8 runs so we can now bring in a position player to finish the game.

LewFordLives Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Josh Bell has had an ok career, but at what point do the Twins move on? His defense is awful. Can we carry a DH who only hits .216? RpR, IndyTwinsFan and Hunter4848 1 1 1

They do not give up on their biggest offseason acquisitions lightly. Aggies7 and LewFordLives 2
