But it's no coincidence that Prielipp has fallen apart since Jeffers got hurt. Jeffers knew how to settle him down. The others do not. Then Twins pitchers are incredibly fragile... Or its just the rest of the league game planning for him

RpR Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Well back in the Baldelli days, with game like this the Twins would score 5-7 runs and Baldelli would talk about how good they did in the end but came up short!🤗
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 okay only need to bat around Twice ++ look at there pitch count when batting each inning , Double dare ya !!!

Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 I'm sorry, I stepped away for a while - how did Outman escape containment?
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Well, good on Keasch for beating a 100+ year old record! RpR and mrtwinsfan 2
RpR Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Losing 14-2 is bad but in an odd way, not as bad as 14-1. thelanges5 and Church of Kreidler 1 1

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 There are few things I dislike more in the game than position players pitching. Except I guess when my team is doing it Church of Kreidler, IndyTwinsFan and thelanges5 3
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Arcia - our most effective pitcher tonight. Only gave up one run. RpR, Church of Kreidler, Danchat and 1 other 3 1
thelanges5 Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Arcia gave up less runs than anyone else. 😀 Western SD Fan, Church of Kreidler and RpR 3
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 What a shame we can't turn this game around, give Arcia the save. RpR and Patzky 2
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 And of course, to twist the knife a little more, our old friend Trevor Richards comes in and finally throws an effective inning.
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Well, that certainly hurt. But, tomorrow's a new day and we can certainly split this series still! Patzky 1

I mean the whole game they were just flailing away. It didn’t really matter who was up there. Church of Kreidler 1
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Just checked the box score. Wowza. Church of Kreidler 1
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Pre season I predicted the White Sox would pass the Twins and that will be the most frustrating part of the season after they’ve been historically bad for the last 3 seasons. Whelp…Here we are. Danchat and thelanges5 2
Irishman Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 T. Adams needs to be waived, not going back to AAA. He is horrible pitcher.

I liked that they finally decided against him being a multi inning pitcher, as he should definitely be a one inning guy. Too bad they turned him into a 1/3 inning guy instead.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Welp. Back to a negative run differential. Still tied for a wild card spot, for what that is worth..
