I don't know if trotting him out for another inning is a great idea. Morris and Rogers are there, as is Sim 🤞

I see what you’re saying, but he is supposed to be a long relief guy so here goes. 😀

I wished I lived in the world with such wealth of riches.  There simply aren't enough qualified pitchers to fill the bullpen, so you work with what you have, not what you wish to be there.

sometimes you work with what you have because you trade away a very good bullpen and haven't made sure whats left can throw an occasional strike.

That's nearly a year-old itch at this point.  With the GM already gone.  I'm not sure how productive it is to revisit it.

I for one am glad Rojas is getting some experience out the bullpen, even if he struggles with control.

Funderburk has a long history with the Twins and his control isn't any better than Rojas'

And now he is where he belongs.

Rojas is a starter. Piggybacked. I don’t risk the rest of the (unreliable, better lately) pen when Rojas is dealing. But they will. I don’t like it.

I don't mind the role that Rojas is in currently.  Being able to go multi-inning relief is what the current MLB demands.  We have found many of good starter toiling in long relief and he still gets the pressure of getting into and out of jams, like a starter.  I don't think this was a piggyback situation.  If it was, I would have expected SWR instead of Rojas.

I still don’t like it even more, now.

SWR would be my last choice in this pen for any outing.

Nice play by the middle infielders. That was difficult.

Like the decision by Kreidler as well knowing he wasn't getting two.  Too many infielders try to rush that exchange and drop the ball and get none.

He was the backup long man if Bradley couldn't go long. If Bradley wasn't activated Rojas would have been the starter.
