Yeah, that's what gets me.

It's not Gasper, although obviously that's bad enough  

It's that he very well might BE the best current option for the MLB roster.

And there's been only 1 relevant injury.

Yes. Yes it does.

The C situation would be the same if the Twins were battling for the division.  The issue is piss poor GM performance. That's not excused because your team sucked elsewhere too.

 

It's also worth remembering that while there's an offseason of course upcoming  as of today we're looking at next year's C duo too.

As bad as the Pohlads, situational hitting, bulk games all are.. it was just delightful to see the fans reactions and Pablo's too.

Today's game is like an extended "opener" game, with Urena never pitching more than 4 1/3 innings in a start. He hasn't been that bad lately.

He seems like a great guy.  It will be crushing if they ship him off to save $$$ this winter.
