I saw the graphic but that was wrong. He's struck out 12 in 18. Still indicative of a pitcher lacking the STUFF to be a late inning reliever but not as bad as it looked.

Rocco has to be managing to get fired and bought out at this point. These are not decisions a sober and/or motivated major league manager would make.

For all the spreadsheets talk, I kind of think Rocco and the FO's worst decisions are usually just not very analytical.

Henriquez had a 4.1 FIP and 5 xERA and fewer than 6 k/9 coming into this appearance, and he's a rookie. Not sure why to choose him over basically anyone else in the bullpen in that situation.

Not sure why he's on the roster over Alcala. Seems like some scouts must have liked him when they got him from Texas, but he hasn't even been better than mediocre in the minors since they acquired him. Mostly he's been bad in the minors actually. He seems to be one of the FO's guys but I have no clue why.

Rocco has to go and it's not even debatable at this point.

I know he has not been given the most horses but he can't manage the horses he has.

We weren’t likely to win the battle of the bullpens. And despite Correa’s clutch hit and Duran’s excellent inning…we didn’t.

Would have liked to seen Sands, though.

Truly incredible that Tonkin could still help the Twins lose games after they successfully rid themselves of him so long ago this season. 

Props to the Front Office on that one. Very creative story telling if we're being honest.

This game should have been a win. No idea why Ronny Henriquez was pitching in this leverage spot, he of 19 big league innings.  I called sending down Alcala dumb, even with his erratic pitching, I would have trusted him more than a rookie. Every button FO or manager, staff push goes to S right now. We have snatched defeat from jaws of victory 3 times against Guardians.

Twins have a flat tire of a bullpen all year. A lot of Twins fans were concerned about bullpen all year and it is as bad an Achilles as stranding runners. Rocco seems to be throwing in the towel. I mean choices were not great but an inexperienced Rookie?
