From completely dominating and throwing a no-no, to second and third nobody out, Ober falls off the cliff fast.

A blooper and a gapper. Weak contact on the first hit, a well-hit ball to right center right between Margot and Buxton. Good job after that.

Farmer??

Julien batted for Farmer, hit a long fly ball to center that Trout simply let bounce off of the ground right in front of him;

Really?

There was zero reason he could not have caught that, it bounced on the ground, it did not hit the wall.

Same with the misplay on Miranda’s hit earlier. Trout doesn’t seem to care about fielding tonight.

Other than the ball was hit right over Trout's head. I would guess the chance of that ball falling was between 40 and 70 per cent.

Trout made zero attempt to catch it, he stopped and watched fall, right in front of him.

106.4 MPH exit velo., 397' hit distance and .930 xBA makes us GameDay viewers forget about the actual player factor sometimes, kinda like it does to the advanced metrics crowd...

If Mike Trout decides to give up on a ball he might catch to save wear and tear on his body. He's earned it. You stated it was was because of poor fielding!
