There’s this promo on the radio that is bizarre. Brian Kenney is talking about the rules changes and how they bring “more balls in play because of shift restrictions.”

I confess to having heard it a whole bunch of times before saying, “Wait a minute. What do shift restrictions have to do with the number of balls put in play?”

Lots of quibbles over the year about seemingly random pinch hitting but that was the most obvious, push the button, break it open, go for it spot we've seen in a while. I'd be fine with Solano there but I'm trying to kick dirt on these nerds asap.
