I hope Ryan gets the win tonight.  I was hoping for a 3-3 homestand, and I'm not to confident about tomorrow with DK pitching.  DK has been good at home, but think TB will make him throw strikes.

Going to need some better ABs than these ones if they are going to win this game.

Julien swung early, but the pitch was pretty much center cut.  Hit it hard, but an out.  Better than getting called out on strikes on a boarderline pitch.

I should have specified the other two. Lewis saw 5 pitches and only 1 was in the zone and struck out.  Solano probably swung and missed at ball 4, but it was close.

Anyone have challenge stats for the year?

For the Twins or MLB in general?

Actually found what I was looking for.

Before the current one, Rocco was 9/25, or 36% for getting calls overturned, which seems towards the bottom of the pack.

Rocco seems to just do what his Video guy tells him,

Glad our offense has become the same level as the Oakland A’s, just in time for the playoffs👍

Oh, very true.  Baseball reference just sorts it by coaches.

Right because the playoffs start tomorrow.

That said, I’m not concerned … yet … but I am thinking about it

Among active managers, Rocco ranks 28th out of 30 in overturn %. (career)

So, yes…VERY near the bottom of the pack.

Definitely not good at challenges.  Who is behind the scene advising watching replay?  Blame should go there.

Just double-checked…

He’s also toward the bottom in frequency of challenges.

So…he doesn’t challenge much, and when he does, he’s wrong. Moral of the story…

He’s hamstrung, because umpires rarely make bad calls against the Twins.🤔

A's 3-0 over Astros, bottom of the 1st. Spoiling is nice,

Between  Houston-  Seattle  -Texas- Toronto,  Houston is the one Team i dont want to see at Target Field,  1st round anyway
