As Twins coast, a general baseball question.  What is elite baseball speed?   In the NFL. the fastest run about a 4.25 40 (Randy Moss).  What would the fastest baseball players run?

I think we have a safe lead , Moran would be ideal to pitch tonight  if he wasn't in AAA  because he walks to many ....
