Julien really needs to stay up here and play. Yeah, his D needs some improvement, but he's got game.

I’d say that for Wallner, too, but …

I was curious enough to try to pin it down via Google, and it's attributed to Early Wynn, and he only stated that he would "brush back" his granny.  So no ill intent there.  :)

Granny needs to have more respect for unwritten rules.

We need hot hitters  ....

Twinsxare still ahead after  2 innings and that is what counts ,

Does Kepler’s D really give him that much more value over Wallner?

need guys who can hit.

Yep … I actually think Gallo is a better defender at the point, but that’s also just my perception, and Wallner can hit

To me if Polanco is healthy, 2nd base is his, And if Buxton is D.H.. Only, and we have plenty of 1b, I like Juliens at bats , ????

Toronto catcher Alejandro Kirk comes from a talented family. His brother went into military service.

He's a large lizard that wanders tropical and subtropical regions.  It should be easier to understand why he's not a natural for the radio booth.

Granny dusts herself off and points the bat out toward the left field bleachers.

I'll be so glad when the robo umps arrive so we quit getting robbed by bad calls

Sure, but then we'll also lose out on all of those bad calls that we benefit from!

Yeah he knew it was way low and handled it well

George Springer is a fine baseball player, and also probably the one I find the most irritating.  Maybe for the same reason I like Jorge Polanco.  Those eyes when he's at the plate.  He's an absolute pest.  Get a couple of strikes on him, but he's hard to put away.

I had no particular feeling for Springer, until I saw him on TV at Target Field in the dugout after he had been called out on strikes.  He must have walked back and forth 10X, dropping f-bombs, before the camera panned away.

I don't think so.

If he were Correa, maybe, but I don’t think Polo would’ve gotten anyone out on that
