Twins outfielders play very deep, deeper than their opponents outfielders no matter who is batting. Maybe this a stats thing, I have no idea.

Yeah, with two outs, they might want to come in a little, exactly for this kind of situation when the know the runner on first is off with the crack of the bat.

Maybe instead of the homerun vest they should have something for a strikeout  to embarrass the hitter ...
