I agree with Trevor about review.  If you're going to implement instant replay, then make it 100%.  No cherry picking when developing the rules and all their infinite scenarios.

I realize they don't cherry pick, but in my opinion, you have to take the good with the bad.  That's life, and that was baseball for over 150 years.
