Can anyone identify this twins pitcher's signature

I looked through the names from the 90s and the only one I could see it being was Mike Milchin (1996). It takes a lot of squinting to see that name in there, but for the other names even squinting didn't help. 

There probably aren't a lot of samples to compare it to, so I'm not sure how you would validate it.

Found a signed card online. That doesn't match. The first letter looks like a "T". Could be a minor leaguer from spring training.

At first look I thought the first name was Todd.  Therefore it could be Todd Ritchie who played with the team in that era and then went on to have a nice career with four other teams.  Your other "T" options from that era are Travis Miller and Travis Baptist.

Not 100% The Ball was giving to me at a fundraiser back in the late 90's
