Could it be that the front office is just totally incompetent. Or also just kind of settling in to mediocrity.

Teams have been getting heat for intentionally assembling a non competitive roster. We needed starters and the only other acquisitions were archer and bundy. I doubt it serves management to assemble just a completely horrific roster especially after last year

Dear Derek Falvey,

Football is right around the corner. It’s up to you whether people continue to care about the Twins or tune out your team by preseason week 1.

P.S. DFA Sano soon, please.

Love,

Vanimal

The Vikings are better than the Twins, since when?

Wow, we might end up using Gordon as much as we used Gimenez a few years back. Yuck.

As much as I don't like Sano, I think there's a bit too much complaining going on about him - it's worth trying to see if he can get hot. But by next week or so he had better be on fire or off the roster...

After reading this string, it seems Sano lost the game for the Twins, amazing.

Well, Vikings are 0-4 in SB.  Twins are 2-1 in WS.

No.

Joe Ryan was the biggest problem tonight.

But Ryan is starting every 5th day (if healthy) for the rest of the season. Pretty much no matter what.

But it's a very viable question whether the Twins can, or rather should, invest a single more PA in Sano in a pretty desperate situation. That's worth discussing.

You are judging the quality of teams based on how many championships they’ve won in their history? None of those SBs or WSs have occured in the last 30 years

Is it though?

For a short period of time, I think so. But I will be upset alongside everyone else if he is still around come the second week of August and he's still futile at the plate.

Sano, what 5, 7 PA into his return and the club has been totally non-competitive for the last couple? Far bigger problems, we already know we won’t see him in the lineup against righties. And what left-handed bat are we pining to see against lefties in Sano’s stead?
