That was probably the most casual triple I’ve ever seen in my life.

Are you complaining he didn’t run hard enough to get an in-the-park home run? ?

Yup. Arraez gets a stand-up triple on the same play.

Gausman is being BABIPed to death. I’ll take it.

They're running that pitch count up, Gausman may not make it through 4 the way he is pitching

Gausman doesn't have it working today...we HAVE to throw another crooked number up there.

Yup. The righties for Toronto may give him lots of trouble today

I'm still worried that the lefties may too.

He's not faced a lineup this good yet.

Hernandez is known for having an absolute cannon in RF. I give Miranda props against the majority of the league I feel he makes that, but I agree you can't make that out there.

I don't think anyone in the Twins fandom loves, or even likes what they're doing. I justify it as picking the lesser of two evils and protecting their investment. Maybe with two days off we get him for 3/4 instead of 2/3. If Buxton breaks 100 games this year I'll be content knowing he played as much as his body let him without going on the IL.

IF we get him for 3/4's of the games IF.

Weird how we got dominated by Berrios, yet have decimated Kikuchi and Gausman. So much for the Twins going into complete tailspin in this series!

By every stat and metric, Gausman is a superior pitcher to Berríos. After the Polanco homer, the Twins did nothing. Today, after the fielding error, they’ve really made Gausman work. They have had some good fortune as well.

We have only gotten three outs at this point, two of them on a remarkable and improbable play. I wouldn't start counting poultry just yet.

Well, yes, I suspect the Blue Jays will score more, but my first statement is a fact at this point. If we do lose this one you could consider it a "tailspin", but not a 'complete' one since we did blow them out in the first game.
