Yes, the inability to add on is infuriating.  It also doesn't help a lackluster bullpen.

Definitely has.  I was speaking generally and/or historically.  It was an issue earlier this season for sure.

Consistently wrong is not the case here, by the plate ump,Nelson. How about the outside pitch he rung up Donaldson on last inning? Calling balls strikes for the Twins, and strikes balls for the Yankees. Must have had a pow-wow with Cuzzi.
