Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 This isn’t the worst baseball game I’ve ever seen, but it ain’t good.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 As we stand today, Jose Abreu is the AL MVP.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Rogers just does not have the command he had last year.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 This isn’t the worst baseball game I’ve ever seen, but it ain’t good.Among the more frustrating.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 20 pitches, 1 run, zero outs. Godawful, Rogers.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Just keep telling yourself it’s bad luck... Rogers is fine...
LaBombo Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Rogers' control was shaky from the moment that Ronda Rousey Fathead behind the visitors' dugout started riding him...
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 I'll never understand how Rocco comes to some of the bullpen decisions he conjures up. You don't pitch your closer in a tie game in the 8th inning. As we've seen more this year than most, Rogers just doesn't have it when he's not in a save situation.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 TERRIBLE pitch. TERRIBLE.
Sielk Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Why does Rocco refuse to understand that this version of Rogers isn't a high-leverage pitcher anymore??? At the moment I trust about every pitcher in our bullpen more than Rogers. Everytime he pitches we get in trouble!

Couple more of these and I think Baldelli's going to suspect that this isn't Rogers' thing.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 It’s all shaping up to be a twins/yankees wild card matchup. WHO WANTS TO BET
Tovar12 Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Any bets on Rogers needing some type of arm surgery soon or in the off-season?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Too bad the twins went 9-9 against the royals and tigers. And the sox lost like twice against them
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Really wish the Twins had added to their pen at the deadline.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Perhaps alcala was a better option
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Watching Baldelli keep marching Rogers out in September 2020 as the ace closer is like watching Molitor keep sending Perkins out in September of 2015....... you know what is going to happen and just can't stop it. I didn't understand it then, and I don't now, and can't stop it. Perkins was hurt, and it didn't stop Molitor. Rogers? Why can't magic Wes fix him, eh?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Any bets on Rogers needing some type of arm surgery soon or in the off-season? His twin bro isn't doing anything important with his left arm, is he? I'm thinking offseason swap.
SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Can we all agree Rogers should be pitching in a game after the 6th inning this season? He's been terrible.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted September 15, 2020 Posted September 15, 2020 Perhaps alcala was a better optionIt's probably time to switch their roles... well, maybe not save situations for Jorge, but Rogers needs to be in the back-end of the pen.
