Yankees down to 3 outs! Some subs in...... Ford, Frazier, Gardner due up in the top of the 9th at this point, with Stanton next, if it gets that far. Looks like they will be batting last in real time... unless we go to extra innings........ just what we need, eh? Extra innings......

Kind of a fingernails hanging on to the ledge moment and lots of contract left. 

 

Yeah, and obviously he'll finish below that mark. With Ohtani back and his continued decline, it's hard to imagine he'll get another 545 PA each of the next two years like this season, but I do hope he stays healthy enough to continue racking up some stats. Specifically, I hope he gets the 41 HR he needs to pass ARod.

To get the Bomba championship I'd put in our A players....but we have it right now! Maybe Arianza will apply for the KC managers job...I hate to lose the last game with a fail from our bullpen again. This could stay in their minds, because it will stay in mine!
