Game Thread "Odysseus" Twins vs Royals 1:10pm cdt 9/22/2019ad

[Squirrel]

Yeah I know how to use the internet, lol. Just looking for some recs from the good people at TwinsDaily!

I don’t go to them but there was one not too long ago that I read about, got good reviews. I think it might have been a foreign film.

[Don Walcott]

I just got home -- any profound analysis or really good jokes in the prior pages, or can I just start from here?

Rhetorical question?

[FlauerPauer]

Go ahead, umpire crew, call this one whenever you want!

[John Kelsey]

Anyone got a good horror movie to watch tonight?

I really liked "It Follows". Premise was pretty unique and it was a good watch.

I remember that one...it had that one guy and the other girl and they kept doing that one thing in the one place...good film

Japanese film by any chance? They make excellent horror films.

[Squirrel]

Anyone here a runner? Ever tried Hokas? Specifically the Bondi

After reading the blurb from the link from @squirrel this may be the one.

[Danchat]

We are nearly 3 hours into the game and it's the top of the 7th inning.

Slow games like this happen too frequently and are a pretty major turn-off to potential baseball fans.

But hey, I can't complain about 10 runs scored!

I actually even thought of going to it. I think it was Scandinavian.

[LVTwinsfan]

My go to is always ‘The Shining’

Gimme the bat Wendy

[Squirrel]

Midsommar! That was the name of it

Altra's are all I wear now. Wide toe box and zero drop are how I roll.

Lol ... I already used the internet.

[insagt1]

I think that Wade is winning the post season position...probably away from Cave who hasn't hit a lick in the last 15 games. He has totally disappeared and it could cost him a spot on the roster. If Kepler can't go, then Cave is safe

Let's win this one - would it be too much to ask to hold KC under 8 runs today?

Product of bad pitching, multiple pitching changes, and a bunch of runs scored. This game is almost making football seem like a fast paced sport!

I'd be happy if they kept them under 10

[tvagle]

McBoom...i much prefer McChair

[D. Hocking]

Midsommar! That was the name of it

I saw a trailer for that --  it looked like it could be good, but I was wondering if you need to watch it if you know if you had seen the Wicker Man.

[tvagle]

Wade may have given up on that a little early

Ah yes, another brand to try.

That ball was like 20 feet up the wall.

[John Kelsey]

This McBroom guy has 8 hits this series.

[70charger]

Still hate this song.

Came down pretty close to the wall...not much bounce off the wall
