The fact that the Twins have only one hit against Giolito is troubling. 

Hey, it's a winnable ballgame. Gonsalves got us deep enough into the game to turn it over to the bullpen.

Gonsalves looked like a crafty lefty, who isn't yet crafty enough for the MLB level. Those kind of pitchers take time if they indeed ever do make it.

Really? I'd never heard of the guy and I've never seen him on a prospect list. His numbers are pretty good though...

 

But he probably won't be debuting 'til around 2022, so I guess the Yankees aren't trying to win until then, huh?    /sarcasm

Them guys is a dime a dozen. The new Market Inefficiency is 88-MPH pitchers with 71-MPH lollipop curves.

Wow, Drake is funky as hell - him back to back with Hildenberger, mess em up.

 

I can see why 5 teams have taken a shot at Drake.

Yeah, he's got some stuff and he's getting outs. I'm not sure what his future with this team is, but he's pitching well, so I can't complain.

Oh boy, you never want to hear anything like “could be one of the most lopsided trades in history”

It’ll have a hard time dethroning the Young/Harris for Garza/Bartlett trade or (going the other way) the Pierzynski for Nathan/Liriano/Bonser trade for most lopsided in team history.
