No reason to not let Reed have this inning. He had a 9 (i think) pitch 8th and is your best reliever. Let him get out of the game. Having a "closer" is the dumbest thing in baseball.

It's extra innings people.  Who cares?  We just pulled out a 16 inning win 48 hours ago.  

 

All is well.
