Nope, he's allowed to come back because Buxton was placed on the DL. The 10 day rule is waived if a player is sent to the DL.

Vs. Lefties this year Archer has a .450 BA against and OPS against of 1.340
Could be a nice match-up for him

Kluber - best pitcher in the MLB arguably

Carrasco - would be an ace on many teams

Salazar - has ace stuff when healthy

Bauer - transforming into an ace/number 2

Clevinger - 12-6 with a 3.30 ERA as the fifth starter last year

I've been pushing for some LaMarre playing time but I'm gonna give Molly a break tonight since it's Archer followed by back to back lefties on the mound for the Rays. . 

 

Starting Grossman tonight for another left hander can be justified but LaMarre better not be sitting tomorrow against the lefty.
