Was that Ellsbury ball catchable?  I'm listening to Gladden right now, so I have no earthly idea what really happened.  

 

He doesn't seem to care much for Rosario's outfielding.

should have been caught.  had to run a long way but hit him on the heel of the glove.

He went a fairly long way for it. No dive or anything like that. Hit him rightness in the palm of the glove and popped out because, IMO, he was a little nonchalant.

 

Not great, should've been ruled an error, IMO. At least one run, probably more, as a result.

I said after his last start: He had a good run here. Gave us some valuable innings. But, he's just hurting the team now. The smoke and mirrors have faded, and he just physically can't go multiple times through the order.

 

Resign him next year? I'd be in favor of giving his remaining starts to Gee, Slegers....anybody really.

I can't watch the guy pitch another inning for this team, it's turning into a joke. Anyone would be better.

The talent disparity between the twins and the first wild card time is unsettling. Makes me think we're not a "year away"

Well, I've said for weeks that this road trip would be make or break for the Twins and right now it is looking like the latter.  If we somehow make it to post season, it would sure be sweet to knock these guys out.

Not unless you want to go get a free agent like Greinke and go for it.  That's not the Twins though.
