OK, I admit I'm a huge Rosario fan, but after watching him go on this multiple month tear, just how good can he become?

6 homers given up in the last 8 innings pitched for the fat man. Yet, he seems to be a unmovable part of the rotation in this FO's plan for this year.

Quick glance at his splits shows something I'm not sure I've seen anyone mention on the site before. Huge numbers at home .977 OPS and sub .700 on the road. I was not aware of that. Weird.

My dog, Buxton can talk.  No...really. 

My friend Ashbury was visiting recently, but didn’t believe that Buxton could talk. So Ash asked him, “What’s on top of a house?”

“Roof,” said Buxton.

Ash wasn’t convinced. So he asked Buxton how sandpaper feels.

“Rough.”

Ash had a bemused look on his face..."I think I see what you're trying to pull, here, Chief.  But OK,  I'll play along.  He turned to Buxton and, with a wry smile, asked "O.K., who was the greatest baseball player of all time?”

“Ruth.”

With that, Ash gave us a little courtesy laugh, and walked away.

Buxton looked up and me and said "He's one of them saber guys, isn't he.  I should have said Bonds."

And I was bored reading that a second time. Jokes aren't funny when you already know the punch line.

OK, I'm watching the game on MLB.tv, so I'm about 2 innings behind, but do we really need Buxton stealing with a  big lead, and possibly jamming a finger or thumb or getting his hand stepped on or some other injury?  Risk/reward doesn't seem to be worth it.
