copy the url of the gif, then....

 

When you post, you should have an edit box along the top, with options to change font, bold or italic, etc.

 

On the bottom row, from the left, it starts with the B for bold.  

 

Count over 11 items, there's a box or square.  click it, and a "image properties" option opens

 

paste the url of the gif into the space allowed, click ok, then post.
