Phil ****ing Cuzzi!

[70charger]

"Phil Cuzzi's not had a very accurate strike zone here, late in the game."

Ya think!?

[Aggies7]

I have an inkling that if this thing continues to careen down hill, Paul is going to jobless come October

Not necessarily going to click like, but not necessarily disagree.

[Aggies7]

This has been a bad week for him, going back to the double switch debacle

[Aggies7]

Too bad this guy wasn't in last inning, amiright guys?

[spinowner]

I would have brought in Hildenberger.

Absolutely should have been Hildy.

He's nervousing me just as much as Rogers and Pressly.

Next time I'm supposed to pitch I need a phone call or something. Sometimes I get to the game thread too late to warm up.

[snepp]

Why is this starting to feel awfully familiar?

Yes please. I think he has had plenty of time to prove he is not a competent major league manager, even if we're giving him a little extra leeway due to our absolutely atrocious play last year. The man has no idea how to manage a bullpen or a bench, and he has proven that repeatedly.

Key word awfully.

[John Kelsey]

Yes

[spinowner]

That Phil Cuzzi sure has a good strike zone!

[snepp]

Bullet, dodged.

[Guest]

Hildy gets Khris with a K!

[Danchat]

Yikes, that was close. I was really hoping Hildy wouldn't lose this one.

[Aggies7]

Tough game for ol bad haircut cuzzi

I almost dread having a 5-run lead - nothing good ever seems to come of it.

[Aggies7]

Good all around day for Eddie

[Blake]

It isn't the 5 runs, per se. Rather, it's the 5 runs by the fourth and stop scoring that seems to be more of an issue.

[Blake]

I have to admit, that was a great play by Chapman.

Darn it.

[spinowner]

That last out was an Oakland-only out.

[gil4]

That last out was an Oakland-only out.

I hate that stadium.

[John Kelsey]

I think putting Hildy back out there was a mistake, hope I'm wrong.

[wsnydes]

Unfortunately, I'm not sure it matters at this point. The remaining options aren't exactly stellar.

[TwinsCD]

If Kintzler gets traded, maybe Hildy can be the new closer.

[70charger]

Bad passed ball by Gimenez there.

Hooray for being wrong, what an outing for him.

Probably Rogers.  Ugh.

[70charger]

Wow. Bullet, dodged.
