I think he was confused on strike three because he was trying to follow the hecklers advice, and since the heckler couldn't figure out what he was saying it ended up really bad advice.

I heard that there are no restaurants. If you are truly a Washington citizen you are supposed to catch salmon with your bare hands and eat them raw (you are allowed to throw away the head and the tail).

About like you'd expect. He looks pretty good and now things are going poorly.

We've all seen what Gibson can do if he pitches inside and uses his breaking stuff, mixes it up. He could win 15 to 20 games. Gibson's four-seam heater should mostly be used for chin music.

If GMs got together and voted for the player they'd most want to have to draw fans for a single season with a 100 loss team, I have to think Buxton would get a bunch of first place votes.

 

Starters only draw once every five games, and the most prolific power hitters go deep about once every fourth game.

 

But Buxton makes a defensive play almost every game that would make you feel good about paying the price of admission.

Speaking of relievers with upper 90's heat, why not call up Melotakis? Twins should get some value from their young flamethrowers before their next stint on the DL.

That's about right. With his last run-saving catch, Buxton leads the balloting for the game's MVP - Most Valuable Parasol.
