Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2016 Author Posted May 17, 2016 Great. First we give up the lead and now I burn the roof of my mouth on leftover reheated pizza. Terrible night. I finally went to Target tonight and I picked up some of that Steaz Peach Tea that ChiTown likes. I put in the fridge and chilled it immediately. Just opened it and had some... Let's just say... it tastes like "The English Patient". ashbury, Aggies7, twinssporto and 3 others 6
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Wow, Sano, whew....... Is right field in Comerica part of the Bermuda Triangle now, or what?According to Google Maps, no. Still in Michigan, same as before. Riverbrian 1

David HK Verified Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Hee hee ho ho har..... They just announced tomorrow's starters--- they're gonna make today's score look like a classic pitchers' duel....
ashbury Verified Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Wait, I thought Castellanos got ejected! Or at least that's what Dick & Bert said.Whoo-hoo-hoo, look who knows so much. It just so happens that the third baseman there is only MOSTLY ejected. There's a big difference between mostly ejected and all ejected. Mostly ejected is slightly playing. With all ejected, well, with all ejected there's usually only one thing you can do. Go through his clothes and look for loose change for his fine. Riverbrian, Danchat, USAFChief and 7 others 10

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 What was that, Kurt? Honestly if you're so terrible (I know he homered tonight), that you have to try THAT, THEN...ask to be taken out of the lineup.
Puckett34 Verified Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 I thought we banned bunting Riverbrian 1
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Did I just see... Na, couldn't have been. Who spiked my drink cuz I swear I just saw Suzuki try to bunt for a hit. Riverbrian 1
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted May 17, 2016 Author Posted May 17, 2016 With Suzuki's wheels, I'm shocked that didn't work. He spends the entire game in the dirt... He didn't realize that the grass was long. twinssporto 1
pierre75275 Verified Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 Why am I not surprised that Pat Dean was left in to give up the go ahead run after such a gutty effort tonight? Now after all that he is on the hook for the loss
spinowner Provisional Member Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 That bunt would have been a good play only if it worked. Riverbrian and Hosken Bombo Disco 2

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 We complain and complain about Molitor not pinch hitting, so he sends up Arcia against a leftie. "See, internet know-it-alls? Pinch hit, pinch hit, pinch hit. Blah blah blah. Now STFU." LaBombo, ashbury and Riverbrian 3
